DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We only ship in the United Kingdom currently. We are looking to expand rapidly across Europe, the US as well as Australia in the near future.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Use your order number and email address on our page here, in order to track the progress of your delivery at any given moment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It takes approximately 1-2 working days to pick, pack and process your order, followed by approximately 3-5 working days for our designated courier service to deliver to your doorstep.
Covid-19 Pandemic period - Due to the ongoing global pandemic, please be aware that some orders may take slightly longer to be delivered, as our third party courier services may also be impacted by this crisis. During PEAK season (Black Friday and the Christmas festive period), mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows. We advise our customer to use our order tracking feature available on our website.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at info@krepsofficial.co.uk. We will be happy to process your cancellation and issue your refund.
For security reasons, all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped with your order tracking facility.

You can return your item within 14 days. If you purchase any item that is deemed defective, then those items will be replaced with the identical item in the exact same size (if applicable). Kindly include photos or videos to show that the product is defective.
Please email us at info@krepsofficial.co.uk for the return address with your name and order number before you ship your item(s) back to us.
Return Exceptions
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
- The item is not in the original condition, damaged or missing parts that were not caused by seller.
Refunds and Cancellations (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, usually within 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
- Important note: In the case of a refund or cancellation for an order paid online, we may need to retain up to 8% charge on the total order amount to cover the order processing fee expense.
- Shipping labels: In the case of a request for an exchange of an item, Kreps will provide a shipping label free of charge for a collection or drop-off of the unwanted or faulty item, and redeliver the exchanged item. For returns due to a customer's change f mind or undesired good, the shipping label will be covered buyer, and once the item(s) has been received, a full refund of the item cost will be processed, without the paid label fee. Kreps strongly advised all customers to purchase a label with insurance in order to be fully covered by the chosen courier service covered in the case of loss or theft, which Kreps would not claim responsibility.
